How we verify
Every listing on AVnester is checked against the same set of signals so buyers can scan trust in seconds. The “What we verified” panel on each listing surfaces the live status of these checks.
RERA registration
When a project carries a RERA number, we link directly to the TNRERA portal so you can confirm the registration yourself before paying any token.
Owner ID & paperwork
For listings marked “Verified by AVnester”, our team has reviewed the owner’s identity and the core property documents. The verification date is shown on the listing.
Location
We geocode the claimed address, cross-reference photo EXIF GPS where available, and prompt owners to share a live location pin. A confidence score is shown on the listing when the signal is partial.
Photos
Each photo is hashed and compared against other listings to catch duplicates, and run through an image-quality model so we can flag low-effort uploads. We never fingerprint or store faces.
Freshness
We periodically ask owners to confirm a listing is still available. The most recent confirmation date is shown so you can avoid stale inventory.
